By checking the Terms of Service tick box and signing up for the “Mindset Mastery Boot Camp you are entering an agreement between Gary Rankin, “The Course Creator” and yourself, “The Client” for the duration of your membership.


During which time and thereafter you agree not to:
• Re-create, re-distribute or re-sell The Online Course
• Use the material contained within without crediting The Course Creator
• Give access via sharing log-in details or otherwise to anyone who is not yourself, The Client

I agree that in the event of any claim or grievance by me against Gary Rankin my sole remedy will be the return of the fees paid to Gary Rankin. Gary Rankin is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages beyond the total amount of fees paid by the client.

I understand that this email document contains all of the information given to me by Gary Rankin and all other representations or statements (prior or subsequent, whether oral or written) are superseded by this document. Any other terms to be added to the agreement will be agreed upon by both parties in writing.
